Pupils are to wear the prescribed school uniform. Modification to the uniform is not allowed |
| National Anthem/ The Pledge |
Pupils who are Singapore citizens must sing the National Anthem and take the Pledge. Pupils will take the pledge with the right fist over their heart. |
| Absence from school |
Pupils are to submit a medical certificate to the form teacher as soon as you return the school.

| Leaving school early |
Pupils are to obtain permission from the office. Pupils who are sick can only leave the school if they are accompanied by their parent or guardian.

| Latecomers |
Pupils are to report to the office and obtain a 'Reporting Late' slip before going to the classroom. Persistent latecomers will be detained after school.

| Visitors/Outsiders |
Pupils are advised not to associate with or bring in any outsiders to the school. All visitors must report to the security and obtain a visitor's pass before visiting any part of the school.

| Movements |
Pupils are to obtain a walkout pass from your teacher before leaving the classroom for any purpose during curriculum time except when walking from point to point as a class. |
| Consumption of food |
Pupils are to consume all food and drinks in the designated areas only. Queue up for food in the canteen and return all plates/cups/glasses to the appropriate containers. You are advised to keep the canteen clean. Chewing gum is strictly prohibited. |
| Out of bounds |
Pupils are to vacate the classrooms during recess. Do not leave any valuables behind when you leave the classroom. There should be no loitering along the corridor. |
| Unauthorised items |
Pupils are not allowed to wear valuables such as jewellery/ornaments/earrings except ear studs, to school. You are not to bring pager, handphone, discman, walkman and other items that distract you from focusing on school work (the school will only return confiscated items to parents). |
| Found property |
Personal items that are found should be handed to the office. Owner of lost property can enquire from the office and make his/her rightful claim. |
| Littering |
Pupils are advised not to litter by leaving empty cans, bottles, packet drinks, glass, cup, wrapper, tissue paper, etc within the school compound. Action will be taken against the culprits.

Neatness
Boys should be neat in appearance and their faces should be clean-shaven. Students must be properly attired at all times.
- Shirt must be tucked in at all times.
- The school tie must be worn at all school assemblies/functions
- All buttons of shirts and blouses except the collar button must be fastened.
- T-shirt should not be worn except during PE and CCA. However, pupils are allowed to remain in their PE attire after PE lessons until recess, during which they are required to change into their uniforms before attending classes.
- The school badge must be worn high above the left shirt pocket or the collar pin must be worn on the left collar.
- No polished or long nails are allowed. Girls are not allowed to wear jewellery, ornaments and cosmetics of any kind.
- Girls with pierced ear lobes are only allowed to wear a pair of small ear studs.

Hair
Approved hairstyle for girls
- Shoulder-length hair should be plaited or tied up neatly with a black/blue ribbon or secured by hair clips.
- Hair styles with tails are not permitted.
- Hair should not be tinted or oxidized.
Approved Hairstyles for Boys
- Hair should be cut short and of uniform length for the sides, back and top.
- The hair should not cover the forehead and there should be no fringe.
- 'Mushroom Mop' long hair and other inappropriate hairstyles are not allowed.
- Gel should not be used to conceal long hair or inappropriate hairstyles. Hair should not touch the ears or the shirt collar at all times.
- Dyed or permed hair is not allowed.
- The school reserves the right to decide what is proper or improper hairstyles from time to time.
